Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are per user per month, before GST. GST at 18% is added to the subscription and to add-ons.
How is billing done?
Subscriptions in NCRM are billed annually today: the per-user rate × users × 12, plus GST, paid upfront. If you need monthly billing, ask us and we will confirm whether it is available for your plan.
What happens above 20 users?
From 21 users you are on Infinitive: a flat ₹25,000 per month plus GST, billed annually, whatever your user count. It includes a dedicated support team and training sessions for your team.
Does the rate apply to every user?
On Ignite and Elevate, yes: your plan’s per-user rate applies to all users on it, so 8 users on Elevate is 8 × ₹899 per month, billed annually, plus GST. Infinitive is one flat monthly price instead.
What is the difference between multi-tenant and multi-organization?
Multi-tenant means every business on NCRM has its own isolated data, users and settings; that is standard on every plan. Multi-organization means one account manages several organizations, such as separate companies or branches. It is an add-on on Ignite and Elevate and included in Infinitive.
Is customization included in the plan?
No. Configuration in Settings (custom fields, statuses, templates, rules) comes with every plan. Building something new, such as a module, a custom document layout or an integration with your ERP, is scoped and quoted separately.
Are hosting and backups extra?
Your NCRM cloud workspace is part of the subscription. A dedicated server, private cloud or on-premise installation, and its backups, are quoted separately.
Are third-party charges included?
No. Charges made by other providers stay with them: for example, Meta’s WhatsApp conversation charges, or your own IndiaMART or TradeIndia seller membership.
Is call tracking included?
Logging calls with remarks and follow-ups is included in every plan. Callyzer call tracking (team calls, recordings, missed calls and reports) is an add-on at ₹599 per month plus GST, through our official Callyzer partnership. Linking call records to NCRM leads is set up on request, and any separate Callyzer licence needs for your team size are confirmed in your quotation. See call tracking.
Can my IT partner or consultant sell NCRM to us?
Yes. NCRM has a reseller and referral partner programme, so your existing IT partner or consultant can introduce or resell it.
Is there a trial?
