Rules that act on time. Approvals that happen in order.

Set a rule once: when a lead is created, a quotation is won or a payment arrives, NCRM sends the email or notification. Approval workflows make sure the right person checks a quotation before it goes out.

Problems this solves

Problem

Messages that depend on memory

Thank-you emails and manager alerts go out late, or not at all.

Problem

Discounts nobody approved

A quote goes out at a price the owner would not have signed off.

Problem

Managers find out last

Big deals and payments are noticed days later.

No-code rules: when, if, then

Choose a trigger, add conditions on the record’s fields, then pick what happens. Rules can be switched on or off at any time.

  • Triggers include: lead created, lead assigned, lead status changed, quotation won, proforma invoice created, sales order created, payment received, and approval started, completed or rejected
  • Actions: send an email, or send an in-app notification
  • Notification triggers in company settings decide who hears about which event

Approval workflows for quotations

Define who must approve what, and in what order. Approvers see pending requests in their Approvals inbox, and approvals and rejections can trigger rules of their own.

  • Multi-step approval chains
  • An Approvals inbox for each approver
  • A pending-approvals badge in the header

FAQ

Questions

Do we need a developer to set up rules?

No. Rules are built in Settings by choosing a trigger, conditions and actions.

Can rules send WhatsApp messages?

Not today. Automation rule actions are emails and in-app notifications. If WhatsApp actions matter to you, raise it in your demo and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Next step

See your own sales process running in NCRM.

Book a live demo. Bring a recent inquiry and a quotation format, and we will walk you through that deal from first contact to payment.
