This Privacy Policy describes how Neptune Technolab Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you use this website and the NCRM platform (“Service”).
Information you give us on this website
When you request a demo, a quotation or a call, or send a message, we collect what you enter: your name, company name, email address, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, business type, number of users and your requirements. If you use the pricing calculator and ask for a quotation, your calculator selections are sent with your request.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your request: to contact you, arrange a demo and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Storage in your browser
The pricing calculator remembers your selections in your browser’s session storage, so they are still there if you move between pages. This data stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab. This website does not set cookies of its own. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are fetched.
Information collected by the NCRM platform
When you register for the Service, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, company name, email address and mobile number, as well as data generated through your use of the Service, including usage logs, device information and the content you create within the platform.
One-time passcodes and communications
When you sign up, you may choose to receive verification codes by email, WhatsApp or both. We use the contact details you provide only to deliver these codes and related account notifications. Standard messaging rates from your provider may apply to WhatsApp messages.
Call tracking and recordings (Callyzer)
If your business uses the Callyzer call-tracking add-on, call details (numbers, names, direction, time, duration and the employee involved) and, where enabled, call recordings are processed by Callyzer as a third-party service, and by us where you ask us to connect call records to NCRM. Your business decides whether calls are recorded, and is responsible for informing employees and callers and obtaining consent where the law requires it. Access to recordings should be limited by role; recordings are not shared through public links. Retention of call data follows your instructions and applicable law.
Data sharing and disclosure
We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service (such as email and messaging providers), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
Data security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to respond to your request, provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
