What does it cost to become a partner?

Nothing. There is no fee to apply or to join. Commercial terms are agreed with you in a written partner agreement.

What are the referral rewards and reseller margins?

They are shared once your application is approved, in the partner agreement.

What is the difference between referral and reseller?

A referral partner introduces a business and we handle the demo, sale and onboarding. A reseller partner sells NCRM to their own clients and owns that relationship.

Do I need technical skills?

No. Neither partnership needs technical skills. We train resellers on the product and support every referral ourselves.

Can I start as a referral partner and become a reseller later?

Yes. Many partners start by referring and move to reselling as their client base grows.
