Stock you can trust when you quote.

One product master for sales and stores: the same item, rate and GST on every quotation, and a live stock figure with reorder points so you know what is running low.

Problems this solves

Problem

Stock in a separate register

Sales find out an item is out only after they have quoted it.

Problem

No reorder signal

Low stock is noticed when a customer is already waiting.

Problem

Item details typed again

Names, HSN codes and GST rates differ between quotes.

Problem

Adjustments with no trail

Damaged or returned stock is corrected with no reason recorded.

A product master that sales and stores share

Products and services with SKU, category and sub-category, brand, model number, barcode, unit of measure, HSN code and GST rate. Set a selling price, cost price, MRP and minimum price, quantity price breaks and variants, and pick them straight into quotations.

  • Active, draft and discontinued status, with bulk actions
  • Product images on quotation PDFs
  • CSV import and export, and duplicate a product in one click

Stock in, stock out, adjustments, with a reason

Set opening stock, then record stock received, stock issued and adjustments, each with a note. The current figure is always the sum of those movements, and every product can carry a reorder point, a reorder quantity and its warehouse location.

  • Low-stock and out-of-stock counts at a glance
  • Filter the list to items at or below their reorder point
  • Choose per product whether stock is tracked and whether it can go negative

  2. MondaySales quotes the full quantity with a realistic delivery date, and stores raise a reorder.
  3. Thursday300 valves are received and recorded as stock in, with a note.

FAQ

Questions

Does NCRM handle multiple warehouses or batch tracking?

Each product records a warehouse location, and products can be flagged for expiry tracking. Multi-warehouse transfers and batch or serial tracking are advanced inventory, scoped on Infinitive or as customization.

Is inventory on every plan?

Basic stock tracking is on Ignite, advanced stock controls on Elevate, and Infinitive is scoped to your needs. See pricing.
